Common Surface Vehicles
- Cars
- Light automobiles.
- Heavy Trucks
- Includes semi-trucks and wheeled construction vehicles. Also includes buses, stretch limos, and all other oversized automobiles.
- Tracked Vehicles
- Tanks. Bulldozers.
- Hovercraft
- Ground effect vehicles (GEVs).
- Powerboats
- (The category "Powerboats" is included in both "Common Surface Vehicles" and "Common Water Vehicles".)
Uncommon Ground Vehicles
(Cannot be purchased as a category.)
- Motorcycles
- Includes bicycles.
- Walkers
- Includes powered
armor/ exoskeletons and land-bound mecha.Common Water Vehicles
- Boats
- Canoes. Rowboats.
- Motorships
- Trawlers. Freighters. Liners.
- Powerboats
- (The category "Powerboats" is included in both "Common Surface Vehicles" and "Common Water Vehicles".)
- Sailboats
- Yachts under sail.
Uncommon Water Vehicles
(Cannot be purchased as a category.)
- Oversized Motorships
- Supertankers. Modern-day, nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.
- Sailing Ships
- Man-O-Wars from the Age of Sail.
- Submarines
- (Because of the three-dimensional nature of this category's range of movement, this category calls for Combat Piloting more so than Combat Driving...)
Common Aerospace Vehicles
- Antigrav
- Contragravitic vehicles might not be permitted at the campaign's technological level.
- Gliders
- Includes hang-gliders.
- Heavy Planes
- Multi-engine aircraft, such as airliners, cargo planes, and military transports.
- Helicopters
- Includes vectored-thrust vehicles.
- Landers
- Includes mid-size spacecraft, such as a tramp freighter or a shuttle.
- Light Planes
- Includes most common personal aircraft, from ultralights to (small) twin-engine propeller aircraft.
- Smallcraft
- Small
(space)craft, such as pinnaces and cutters. Trans-atmospheric vehicles might not be permitted at the campaign's technological level.Uncommon Aerospace Vehicles

- Airships
- Blimps. Dirigibles (zeppelins).
- High-Performance Spacecraft
- Usually, this means some form of military aerospace vessel that isn't covered by one of the other categories. Things like a Marine assault shuttle, or a trans-atmospheric interceptor, for example.
- Heavy Landers
- Large, ungainly landers and orbiters, such as a gigantic bulk-carrier, or a naval (space) cruiser.
- Flying Mecha
- Includes powered
armor/ exoskeletons that have flight.
